毛鋪村景色綺麗，鐘靈毓秀，山坡高低起伏，郁郁蔥蔥，湖中島嶼點綴，古樹名木繁多，多種野生動物在此生息繁衍，獨具自然空靈的丘陵田畈，徜徉自在逍遙的山巒清池，每一秒都讓人心曠神怡。“林深不知處”，“在樹中找房子”從無法企及的幻想變成了現(xiàn)實，這是城市生活多年的人們的一處休閑、放松、娛樂之地。

主要以“兩軸，三核，多節(jié)點”為空間布局，考慮到項目的整體性，主要分為主干道和次干道，可沿途觀賞綺麗風(fēng)景到達各個景點。核心區(qū)域借助大水面進行貫通，擴大水面，適宜打造核心湖景。依托河流、茶山、密林、等不同基底資源設(shè)置多處景觀節(jié)點。

The core area is connected with the large water surface to expand the water surface, which is suitable for creating the core lake view. 毛鋪村位于湖北省大冶市靈鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)南部。東鄰毛鋪水庫及芭山村，南與賀鋪村、陽新、咸寧相連，西與西畈、張河兩村相連，北與馬橋村相接。毛鋪村以農(nóng)林牧漁為主，村東南便是大冶市最大的水庫----毛鋪水庫。毛鋪水庫是大冶市的第一大水庫，位于幕阜山腹地的靈鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)境內(nèi)，為梁子湖水系，四面群山枕水，氣候宜人。項目地的定位是毛鋪戶外運動度假區(qū)，以生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)、旅游度假為主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)，構(gòu)建“一三融合”的復(fù)合型休閑觀光地和旅游度假地。針對不同消費人群，打造旅游度假目的地。
以生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)為基底，導(dǎo)入旅游服務(wù)、農(nóng)業(yè)休閑、高端度假、生態(tài)居住四大主要功能。
